The 20-foot used container in quality 1 (well-maintained selection) (ISO DV20) is the ideal choice if you are looking for a wind and water-resistant sea container that has been technically inspected and is visibly better maintained than typical used goods. Quality 1 offers a good overall appearance – perfect for storage purposes or locations where a tidy appearance is desired.

• Locations where a well-maintained container is desirable

Quality 1 – well-maintained used containers

Visually better preserved – functionally tested.

• Repaired to be wind and waterproof, doors functional, locking mechanism checked
  (normally slightly less smooth-running than new containers)
• Well-kept appearance: fewer rusty areas, fewer severe dents and abrasions; some slight visual improvements (e.g. on the frame)
• Interior often brighter and less used than with quality 2
• Age: usually approx. 9-16 years
• Valid CSC sticker (approx. 1 year)

Selection and photos for approval

For quality 1, we will select the items in better optical condition from the available stacks. Once we have received your order, we will send you photos of the inside and outside for approval so that you know exactly which one will be delivered. The delivery time is usually approx. 2-3 weeks due to selection and coordination.

Note on used containers

Quality 1 containers are visibly better maintained, but remain used steel containers. On delivery, they are wind and waterproof and have been technically inspected. How long this condition lasts depends on the location, weather conditions and use.
We provide you with honest and realistic advice so that you can make the right decision for your intended use.

Alternative: Quality 2

If the look is less important to you and you are looking for a cheaper solution, we recommend the quality 2 version. It is functional, but visually much more used.
